NTek Software Solutions seeks a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist to implement and configure SAP Payroll for Spain in a hybrid Barcelona setup. This long-term role focuses on end-to-end payroll rollout and ongoing support.

You will work with clients in the artists/audiovisual sectors, navigating Spanish payroll legislation, social security, and tax rules to ensure compliant payroll delivery.

Profile required:

We need a profile with strong hands-on experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Payroll for Spain, ideally with previous experience managing payroll for artists, performers, audiovisual professionals, or other employee groups with specific labour and payroll conditions.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / SAP Payroll (PY) Spain
• End-to-end payroll implementation and configuration
• Good knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, Social Security and taxation
• Experience managing complex payroll rules, variable remuneration and special employee groups
• Ideally, previous experience with artists / audiovisual / media sector payroll
• Experience in Spanish public sector or highly regulated environments would be a plus
