Job summary

RED Global is seeking 3 SAP HCM/SF Data Migration Consultants to join a customer project implementing SAP SuccessFactors. The role focuses on data migration across Wave cycles, including Extraction, Transformation, and Loading, with hands-on experience in EC data extraction and import mechanisms.

• Experience with data migration projects using SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Strong ETL and data mapping skills for SAP environments.
• Experience with Employee Central data extraction and import mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Executes manual data migration activities covering the full ETL cycle across migration waves.
• Extracts employee and organizational data from source systems using SAP SF extraction capabilities.
• Applies transformation rules to ensure data alignment with target structures and mappings.
• Performs data loading into SAP SuccessFactors EC using standard templates and mass-imports.
• Tracks migration objects across iterations and coordinates with the Data Migration Lead.

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client partner is currently searching for 3 SAP HCM/SF Data Migration Consultants to join a new customer project, implementing SAP SuccessFactors.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 12months+
• Location: Remote – Eastern Europe
• Capacity: Full time

Responsibilities;

• Executes manual data migration activities covering the full ETL cycle — Extraction, Transformation and Loading — across Wave 1 (US) and Global Wave migration cycles
• Extracts employee and organizational data from source systems using SAP SuccessFactors native extraction capabilities, standard reporting tools
• Applies transformation and conversion rules to raw extracted data, ensuring alignment with target system data structures, field mappings and transformation rules
• Executes data loading activities into the target SuccessFactors EC environment using standard import templates and mass-import based on the workbooks
• Manages and maintains the Data Migration Activity List, tracking status of each migration object across all iteration cycles (Iteration 1, Iteration 2, SIT, UAT, Cutover)
• Works closely with the Data Migration Stream Lead and workstream consultants to confirm field mapping, conversion logic and entry/exit criteria for each migration cycle
• Identifies, logs and drives resolution of data issues, load errors and reconciliation gaps within agreed timelines.
• Transformation rules and load steps to ensure repeatability across subsequent migration cycles and Global Waves
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data extraction and import mechanisms is essential for this role.
