Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to guide global transformation programs. You will define migration strategies, architectures, and solutions for large ERP transformations, acquisitions, and divestitures.

You will serve as the technical authority on data migration and collaborate across architecture, applications, integration, security, and data governance.

• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to provide technical leadership across global transformation programs. This role will be responsible for defining and governing data migration strategies, architectures, and solutions that support large-scale ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and enterprise system transformations.

The successful candidate will act as the primary technical authority for data migration initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across architecture, applications, integration, security, and data governance.
