Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant to join our Seville-based team. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions across FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, QM and PP, working with IS/IT, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders in an international environment.

We expect 5–10 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years on SAP S/4HANA, plus strong analysis, design and project-management skills.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems.
• 5–10 years of experience with SAP, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant in implementation or improvements.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, QM, PP.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems.
• 5–10 years of experience working with SAP, including at least 3 years specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant, ideally in implementation or improvement projects.
• Solid knowledge of key SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, QM, PP — depending on assigned area).
• Ability to understand business processes across: IS/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Quality, HR and Engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work transversally in an international environment.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capability.

What you will do

• Analysis & Requirements
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP specifications.
  • Analyze current processes (AS‑IS) and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
• Solution Design
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design SAP solutions aligned with business goals.
• Project Management
  • Participate in SAP projects through the full lifecycle: blueprint, build, testing, deployment and support.
  • Track deliverables, support planning activities and assist in project control.
• Testing & Validation
  • Participate in SIT, UAT and regression testing cycles.
  • Validate business scenarios and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
• Documentation
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, requirements, configurations and changes.
