Horse Powertrain Ltd in Madrid seeks an experienced HR Talent & Development professional to lead global initiatives and cross‑functional delivery. You will collaborate with HRIS/IT, develop governance, and prepare senior leadership materials while driving performance, succession, and talent processes across sites.

You will partner with HRIS and IT teams to enhance systems, maintain dashboards, and ensure governance across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR/talent project or programme management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong skills in executive presentations and data analysis (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
• Proven project management and stakeholder-influence ability.
• Knowledge of automotive sector and HORSE Powertrain business.
• Fluent English; Spanish and other languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Drive global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.
• Facilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes with countries and stakeholders.
• Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.
• Lead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Act as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.

• Excellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).

• Strong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.

• Knowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish and additional languages will be valued.
