WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP Basis components (HANA, SAP Netweaver, ABAP, and JAVA).
• Proficiency in Oracle and SAP HANA Database management.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and multi-landscape environments.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining SLD, SOA, CUA, and SSO.
• Expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using SAP Best Practices.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between ABAP developers, SAP functional teams, and Infrastructure operations teams.
• Experience in leading external support teams and managing major incidents.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Participate and lead in the project planning and delivery of new dimensional SAP systems to meet expanding business requirements.
• Act as liaison between ABAP developers, SAP functional teams, and Infrastructure operations teams to gather requirements for business projects and provide technical inputs.
• Maintain multi-landscape environments through system refreshes, SAP/Database upgrades, and support package campaigns.
• Configure and maintain SLD, SOA, CUA, and SSO.
• Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using SAP Best Practices.
• Act as L3 support for SAP Basis in major incidents.
• Lead an external Basis support team based in India to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment.
