Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking an experienced ERP/IT Specialist to provide SAP Business One support across purchasing, inventory, finance, and production. You will troubleshoot issues, understand system configurations, and work with business users to optimize processes.

The role requires 3–6+ years of ERP experience, fluency in English (Spanish a plus), and the ability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of BPA/EDI are beneficial.

• Minimum 3–6+ years of ERP or business systems support.
• Proven SAP Business One support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One functionality and configuration.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis.
• Experience with BPA integrations and EDI.
• Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Halo, Jira or ServiceNow is preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, CS or related.
• Must live near NSI's Barcelona office.
• Availability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday; occasional outside hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration.
• Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact.
• Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues.
• Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires.
• Support endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory.
• Report to the Director of Strategic Business Ops.

Requirements

• Must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required)
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes
• Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations
• Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 3–6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems
• Proven experience with SAP Business One
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
• Must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office
• Availability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Occasional flexibility to support critical business systems outside normal hours
