nsifoods is looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst based in Barcelona, Spain. This full-time role involves managing support for SAP Business One and enhancing operational stability in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of IT support experience, particularly in MacOS, and must communicate fluently in English. Join us to support innovative food solutions in a diverse and inclusive work setting.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support.
• Professional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users.
• Monitor and support BPA integrations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications.
• Ensure system updates and endpoint security compliance.

Conocimientos

Support MacOS environments

Administering MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji)

Supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One)

Support system integrations or automation platforms (BPA)

Troubleshooting skills

Communication skills

Familiarity with Google Workspace administration

Familiarity with IT Service Management systems

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field
