NSI in Barcelona is looking for a Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst to provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, manage IT assets, and assist with ERP upgrades and system implementations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in IT support, be fluent in English, and have a strong background in MacOS environments. The position offers a hybrid work model for candidates living close to Barcelona, with a flexible schedule to accommodate international teams.

Job Title: Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain (must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona)

Reports to: Director of Strategic Business Ops

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues
• Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escape structural issues as needed
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
• Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management
• Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
• Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory
• Assist with EDI-related issues and elevate system configuration or architectural concerns
• Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
• Track project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teams
• Prepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong experience supporting MacOS environments
• Experience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)
• Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
• Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
• Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira

Education And Experience

• 4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Professional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus

Work Environment

• Hybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in‑office or in‑person meetings.
• Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Mondays to Fridays. This role may require responsiveness to unexpected support issues or emergencies outside of regular hours; any time worked beyond scheduled hours will be offset to ensure total hours remain consistent.
