This one-year international program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in corporate and investment banking. You will work alongside global professionals, gain real-world exposure and develop the commercial, analytical and relationship-management skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

For this year's edition, the vacancies within these teams will be based in the following locations: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan or Paris.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

As part of the Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe – Client Coverage, you will help build deep, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients across Large Corporates, Multinational Corporations, Financial Institutions and Financial Sponsors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting senior bankers in developing a deep understanding of clients' strategic priorities, financial needs and industry dynamics.
• Helping coordinate and deliver Santander CIB's full range of products, services and expertise across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Markets.
• Preparing client presentations, financial analyses, market updates and internal materials to support origination and relationship-management activities.
• Collaborating with product, sector and regional teams to identify opportunities and provide integrated solutions to current and prospective clients.
• Contributing to client meetings, transaction follow-up and the ongoing monitoring of relationship performance and commercial opportunities.

• University degree: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• English level: High proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
