Santander SCIB invites students entering their final year to join the Future Talents Summer Program Europe – Client Coverage. This immersive internship offers hands‑on experience across global teams in Corporate & Investment Banking and exposure to client relationships.

You'll support presentations, market updates and internal analyses while engaging with Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Markets. Availability June/July–August/September 2027, based in Madrid or other European locations.

Formación

• University degree: Students expected to complete their studies in summer 2028 and enter their final year of university after the internship; degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields are welcomed.
• English level: High proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Skills: Open and collaborative approach in a multicultural environment, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and exposure to financial modelling.
• Interest: Strong interest in corporate and investment banking, client coverage and global financial markets.
• Availability: Available for a full-time summer internship from June/July to August/September 2027, depending on the country.
• Location: Based in Europe (Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam or Milan).

This immersive summer program is designed for students who will enter their final year of university after the internship. As part of the Santander SCIB Summer Program Europe – Client Coverage, you will support teams focused on building deep, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with Large Corporates, Multinational Corporations, Financial Institutions and Financial Sponsors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of client presentations, briefing materials, market updates and internal analyses.
• Helping teams understand clients’ strategic priorities, financial needs and sector dynamics.
