Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid invites high-potential graduates to join the Future Talents: Europe - Global Markets - Structuring program. You will work in an international, fast-paced environment, designing bespoke financial solutions and supporting client discussions across Europe.

Ideal candidates hold a quantitative degree, have strong English, and are eager to learn through immersive training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience across Madrid, Paris, and London.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required or preferred.
• Strong English proficiency; another language is a plus.
• Advanced analytical/numerical skills with financial modelling and programming knowledge.
• Interest in financial markets, derivatives, structured solutions and client problems.

This program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in global financial markets. You will join an international and fast-paced environment, gain hands‑on exposure to live business activity and develop the technical, commercial and interpersonal skills needed to build your career in Corporate & Investment Banking. The program is expected to start in July or September 2027, depending on the country.

For this year's edition, the vacancies within these teams will be based in the following locations: Paris, Madrid and London.

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe - Global Markets - Structuring, you will contribute to Global Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Design bespoke financial solutions that address complex client needs by combining products such as derivatives, financing and securitisation solutions.
• Translate market trends, regulatory developments and technical insights into innovative products and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading and Quantitative teams to take transactions from initial idea through structuring and execution.
• Build and enhance financial models and tools used to price, structure and monitor transactions.
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials and presentations to support client discussions and transaction execution.

• University degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related quantitative discipline.
