Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a Logistics assistant to support our European activities from Barcelona.

You will work with the Logistics team to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution, while monitoring inventory and ensuring timely delivery to EMEA markets. The role involves documentation for import goods and frequent interaction with sales, customers and the warehouse to fulfill needs.

Formación

• Education: Formacion Professional (FP) or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• English is a must; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Job Description: Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications. MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Logistics staff supporting our activities in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistic assistant: work with Logistic team (in Barcelona and China) to Assist coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Support necessary documentation and paperwork necessary for import goods and reach customer in EMEA.
• Communicate with different stakeholders including sales, customer and warehouse to fulfill customer need in time.

Qualifications

• Education: Formacion Professional (FP), Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English is a must. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Experience: formation in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Nice to Have Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Background in tech hardware, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
