Job summary

DWS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer – VP within its Global Technology SalesForce Program Development Team. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and deliver robust metadata components into the Salesforce system following our SDLC lifecycle.

Based in Madrid with our Hybrid Working model, you will contribute to CRM, KYC compliance, and the ongoing evolution of Salesforce solutions across asset management.

Qualifications

• Very strong experience (5-10 years) with Salesforce configuration and development to a certified level.
• 5-10 years of experience working on Salesforce project deliverables in financial/regulated environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages APTTUS and GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile and Einstein Analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM technologies: SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, JAVA, JSON, FLOWS.
• Experience with deployment tools like IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, Data Loader.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and set development expectations.
• Create technical solutions for hybrid agile development environments.
• Collaborate with development team to deliver metadata components into Salesforce following our SDLC lifecycle.
• Perform Senior Developer duties: create code components, support and maintain existing code, support production environments and implementations.
