Sollers Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Salesforce Competence within our team in Valencia. You will design and implement solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC, leveraging OmniStudio tools for insurance clients and collaborating closely with clients in an agile setup.

We value hands-on Apex and LWC expertise, strong OOP skills, and fluent English. The role combines leadership responsibilities with client-facing work, and offers flexible hours, a hybrid model,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial Salesforce development.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role (Tech Lead/Architect).
• Hands-on with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the EU.
• Ability to work in the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC, using OmniStudio tools for insurance clients.
• Lead the design of IT solutions considering architecture and constraints.
• Serve as an advisor and sparring partner for clients.
• Independently lead a project team, ensure timely completion and high standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor scope compliance, share best practices across teams.
• Create well-structured technical documentation (BPMN, UML).
• Work with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
