Getnet in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations) to join our dynamic fintech team. You will work on complex CRM integrations, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, leveraging Apex, LWC and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business, CRM and technology teams, plus experience with Genesys Cloud integrations. A hybrid model with on-site presence is expected in Madrid, Spain.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience (Required)
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud (Required)
• Proven skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows (Required)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data sync (Required)
• Understanding business processes and translating to technical solutions (Required)
• Genesys Cloud integration experience (Preferred)
• International/multi-geography work experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and related capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce components and integrations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions with testing and maintenance.
• Design integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and data sync.
• Maintain Salesforce-Genesys integrations when required.
• Collaborate with business, CRM and Technology teams on solutions.
• Contribute to data models, security and platform connections.
• Apply best practices and document changes; assess technical risks.
