Job summary

DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer- VP to lead custom development and integration efforts within the CRM platform, collaborating with business analysts and PMs to define solutions. The role covers SDLC implementation, production support, and cross-team delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Salesforce experience in financial services, with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages APK, GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile and Einstein Analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience at certified level.
• Experience on Salesforce project deliverables in financial services or heavily regulated industries.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages APTTUS and GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile and Einstein Analytics.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM technologies: SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, Java, JSON, Flows.
• Experience deploying with IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Change Sets and Data Loader.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset; ability to work with analysts and managers.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and ensure ethical data use.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and set development expectations.
• Create technical solutions for use in a hybrid agile development environment.
• Work with the team to deliver metadata components into Salesforce per SDLC lifecycle.
• Perform Senior Developer duties: create, support, maintain code components and production environments.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer within the team to ensure quality deliverables.
