Job summary

Checkatrade, the UK’s leading platform for finding a tradesperson, seeks an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design and build across Apex and LWC, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud, with integrations to Zuora, Retool and Braze CRM.

You will work in Enterprise Engineering, collaborating with distributed data teams to ensure data integrity and cohesive architecture. Expect CI/CD ownership and AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with asynchronous Apex, triggers, batch and queueable patterns.
Proficient in LWC and complex Flows in declarative development.
Ability to design secure scalable integrations via REST APIs and platform events.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and environment refreshes.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain Apex/LWC solutions, mainly in Sales/Service Cloud and integrations with Zuora/Retool/Braze.
Use AI coding tools to move faster while maintaining quality.
Architect secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and core services via REST APIs and platform events.
Collaborate with distributed teams to keep data flowing and architecture cohesive.
Own and improve deployment pipelines across Salesforce and other services for smooth, automated releases.
Champion code quality with thorough tests and strong code reviews.
