Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design secure, scalable enterprise architecture for Salesforce and connected systems. You will lead technical standards, oversee complex integrations, and remain hands-on for at least 50% of your time in Apex and LWC development.

You will mentor developers, drive architecture governance, and shape AI-enabled delivery within a collaborative Salesforce implementation team.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years hands-on Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Experience architecting complex, secure enterprise systems with scalable designs.
• Deep knowledge of system integration patterns and API design.
• Hands-on coder who spends about 50% building rather than only reviewing.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for Salesforce developers.
• Curious about AI as a coding accelerant and integration enabler.
• Executive-level communicator to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design secure, scalable enterprise architecture for Salesforce and connected systems.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Evaluate buy-versus-build decisions and manage cost/impact analysis.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance across Salesforce and integrations.
• Hands-on development using Apex and Lightning Web Components; ~50% time spent coding.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and perform code reviews.
• Oversee release management, deployment strategies and CI/CD processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with BA team.
• Advise AI adoption to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
