GoodHabitz, a fast-growing EdTech company in Europe, seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the platform health, architecture and governance while staying hands-on with Apex, LWC and Flow.

You will lead design reviews, set coding standards, and drive integration patterns across enterprise systems. The role blends solution design with delivery, mentoring engineers and collaborating with product stakeholders.

Formación

• Expert-level Apex, LWC and Flow including async processing, batch jobs, triggers and complex component composition.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL optimisation and large data volumes.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: REST APIs, event streaming, middleware.
• Experience with DevOps and CI-CD tooling — Git strategy, scratch orgs, deployment automation.
• Comfortable explaining architecture to non-technical stakeholders and leading design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform health: design and governance of the Salesforce platform incl. data model, security and permissions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, AI coding practices and governor limit strategies.
• Lead delivery operations: release management, sandbox strategy and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Design integrations: connect Salesforce to marketing automation, ERP, HR and middleware.
• Drive innovation: assess and champion new Salesforce features and AI capabilities.
• Lead design reviews and RFCs; run code reviews to raise the team's technical ceiling.
• Mentor mid-to-senior engineers and admins on solutions, scalability and observability.
• Bridge business requirements and OKRs into technical briefs for engineers and product stakeholders.
