Lighthouse is seeking a Salesforce Developer Lead to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. The role centers on Apex development and LWC, with 50/50 focus between maintenance and new projects, including quote-to-cash enhancements and debt-collection optimization.

You will champion AI-assisted development, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade systems.

What you will do

You will join the implementation team as aSalesforce Developer Lead. This is a hands‑on technical role where you will design, build, and maintain high quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Time is currently split 50/50 between maintenance and project work. Key projects span new product line implementations with self‑service flow capabilities, improvements to the end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash flow, debt collection optimization, and reducing friction in the customer invoice payment process. You will focus on custom Apex development and integration architecture, while also championing the use of AI‑assisted development tools.

Where you will have impact

• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC, following enterprise patterns.
• Build and maintain integration flows connecting Salesforce with internal and third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Actively use and experiment with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and champion new ways of working across the team.
• Mentor and guide other developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team's overall expertise.
• Take ownership of technical analysis and implementation, translating business requirements (prepared by a dedicated BA team) into well‑designed technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure the system remains maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise‑wide standards.

You’ll be part of our Salesforce implementation team, working in close collaboration with the business analysis team. While they focus on gathering requirements, we own the technical execution, from analysis and design through to hands‑on implementation. We are an energetic, collaborative group that takes on new initiatives every quarter, focused on delivering high‑quality implementations on time, growing our internal capabilities and bringing more expertise in‑house.

Who you are

• 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in custom development with Apex and LWC.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns like fflib, including selector, domain, and service layer architecture.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• A disciplined approach to testing, code quality, and building maintainable software.
