Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to join its Salesforce Centre of Excellence. You will partner with IT and business teams to design, prototype, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, emphasizing low-code/no-code configuration, data integration, and customer-centric processes.

You will collaborate across projects, ensure code quality, and promote best practices in development, testing, and adoption of the Salesforce platform, enabling digital transformation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer in the Salesforce ecosystem with low-code/no-code configuration and data integration.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and delivering solutions via Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or DevOps.
• Proficient in Flow, Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Integration.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Leadership: provide functional and technical guidance and support architectural reviews.
• Technology & Innovation: evaluate needs and recommend Salesforce technologies to develop solutions.
• Solution Enablement: develop prototypes, proofs of concepts, and designs leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Delivery & Support: collaborate to review, assess, deploy, and maintain platform processes.
• Engineering Excellence: enforce development standards, code quality, and best practices.
