Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim España, S.A. is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive Salesforce CoE initiatives across our Salesforce landscape.

You will gather requirements, design prototypes, and propose scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities while partnering with IT and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architecture reviews, and adoption support to improve processes and deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer in the Salesforce ecosystem with in-depth understanding of Salesforce technology and low-code/no-code configuration and data integration.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and delivering solutions through Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficient in Flow, Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Component, and Integration.
• Knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Platform Leadership: provide functional and technical guidance and ensure successful project implementations within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Technology & Innovation: assess needs and recommend Salesforce technologies to develop viable solutions with strong UX and efficiency impact.
• Solution Enablement: develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and designs to leverage Salesforce capabilities and drive adoption.
• Delivery & Support: collaborate with CoE to review, deploy, and maintain platform processes and identify improvements.
• Engineering Excellence: promote coding standards and best practices across Salesforce development.
