NN Digital Hub in Madrid, part of Nationale-Nederlanden Group, seeks an experienced QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team. You will develop automated test scripts and perform manual testing to ensure quality.

The role requires at least 2 years in QA, knowledge of Git, and hands-on with Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, and Cucumber. Experience with Salesforce development is a plus, and you will work in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in software development.
• At least 2 years in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools (Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, Cucumber).
• Experience with Salesforce development and configuration is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and QA methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Developing (automated) test scripts and test execution, including manual testing.
• Reviewing requirements and designs to create test plans and detailed test cases.
• Track QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Help troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Participate in feature refinement sessions to understand requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team.

What is the purpose/mission of the position?

The QA Engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process, responsibilities include:

• Developing (automated) test scripts and test execution, including manual testing
• Reviewing functional requirements and technical designs where applicable to create test plans and detailed test cases
• Support in trackin QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Helping (developers) troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis
• Participating in feature refinement sessions to familiarize with business requirements
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree, Master of science, completed studies in software development.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance (at least 2 years)
• Git basic knowledge needed - Branches, Checkout, Commit, Push, Pull, Pull Request.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools –> preferrably Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, Cucumber
• Work experience in Salesforce development and configuration is an added advantage
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes is an added advantage
