HBX Group is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to own and evolve the customer-centric operating system across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth. You will implement hands-on Salesforce processes, manage data quality and drive automation and AI-enabled features to optimize the full customer lifecycle.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, data modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally from our Palma, Mallorca

Formación

• Experience in Salesforce administration and CRM product ownership.
• Knowledge of data quality and reporting dependencies.
• Experience with integrations and AI-enabled Salesforce tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
• Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-on.
• Ensure CRM data quality, database logic and reporting reliability.
• Enable customer-centric commercial processes.
