HBX Group is a leading travel technology partner seeking a Product Manager Salesforce to design, implement, and evolve Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric operating system, enabling Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk, and Growth to operate through connected, automated processes.

You will own hands-on Salesforce configuration, data quality management, process automation, and AI-enabled tools, collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT and business stakeholders to drive

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, data modelling, APIs or integration logic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
• Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands‑on.
• Ensure CRM data quality and reporting reliability.
• Drive AI‑enabled Salesforce tools and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce maintenance, support and adoption.
• Support CRM roadmap and cross‑functional governance.
