HBX Group in Spain seeks a Salesforce Product Manager to own and evolve the commercial CRM as the operating system for the business. You will implement processes, maintain data quality, and drive AI-enabled tools and integrations to enable cross-functional teams from marketing to sales and customer success.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IS, data technology or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; App Builder certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM operations, data quality initiatives, and reporting structures.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into Salesforce solutions and automate processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled CRM tools and system integrations is a plus.
