HBX Group is seeking a Product Manager Salesforce to design, implement, and evolve Salesforce as the customer-centric operating system across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth. You will own hands-on Salesforce implementation, maintain data quality and drive AI-enabled automation in a global hospitality tech context.

The role requires strong experience in Salesforce, data management and cross-functional collaboration, with English and Spanish fluency valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or similar field preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
• Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Sales/Service Consultant experience desirable.
• Salesforce AI/automation certifications desirable.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data modelling or APIs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
• Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-on.
• Ensure CRM data quality, database logic and reporting reliability.
• Enable customer-centric commercial processes.
• Drive AI-enabled Salesforce tools and system integrations.
• Manage Salesforce maintenance, support and adoption.
• Support CRM roadmap and cross-functional governance.
