MindMatch in Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to own end‑to‑end architecture for its global Salesforce platform spanning Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing and Revenue processes across ~30 countries. Based at the Barcelona HQ, you will enforce technical standards and guard integration boundaries with ERP systems.

You will mentor the internal team, challenge designs from partners, and drive in‑house delivery with a core template.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Salesforce, with at least 3 in architect role.
• Hands-on, multi-cloud architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations between Salesforce and ERP.
• Experience in global, multi-country implementations on a core template.
• Experience with governance of system integrators/partners.
• Fluent English; Spanish is valued.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across all clouds in scope.
• Reviews and countersigns major designs before build.
• Owns integration architecture between Salesforce and ERP landscapes.
• Defines and enforces platform standards and release management.
• Manages territory model architecture and commercial alignment.
• Designs platform data machinery and data quality controls.
• Ensures GDPR compliance and traceability across countries.
• Mentors internal team and supports certification paths.
• Sets standards for external run provider and evaluates new Salesforce releases.
