Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevSecOps Platform Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable automation for our enterprise Salesforce platform. You will build self-service CI/CD pipelines, enforce SOC2 controls, and enable rapid, safe code deployments across multi-currency environments.

You will collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA, security, and architecture teams to define standards, governance, and release practices while driving zero-downtime deployments and robust

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps/Platform Eng experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce enterprise environments.
• Deep Salesforce experience with SFDX CLI, Git/GitHub, 2GP packaging and release tools (Copado/Gearset/AutoRABIT).
• Security integrations in release pipelines and SOC2/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using SFDX, GitHub Actions, and enterprise tools.
• Embed automated security validation (SAST) and quality gates in pipelines to meet SOC2 and governance standards.
• Manage non-prod and prod Salesforce environments with sandbox seeding, branching/release strategies, and DR capabilities.
• Build end-to-end monitoring and alerting for pipelines, failures, performance, and integration health; perform RCA to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, QA Automation, Security, and Product Architects to raise security and efficiency.
