Job summary

Hexagon is seeking an Application Support Specialist – Salesforce to join our global IT Customer Engagement team in Barcelona. You will be the go-to expert for Salesforce application support, helping users navigate issues and improve the reliability of our commercial landscape.

You will collaborate across Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP CPQ, Oracle and ServiceMax, supporting international teams and owning issues from start to finish.

Qualifications

3–5 years in application support for enterprise apps.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with admin, config, troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Salesforce users, workflows, reports, dashboards.
Fluent English with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line Salesforce support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Manage Salesforce user access, permissions, roles, profiles and licences.
Investigate configurations including flows, validation rules, page layouts, and approvals.
Support data quality initiatives, reporting, dashboards and data corrections.
Coordinate incidents across SAP CPQ, ServiceMax and connected systems.
