Waygate Technologies, soon part of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Barcelona-based, international team. You will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting customer, sales, and service processes amid the integration into Hexagon's target architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 3–4 years with Lightning Web Components.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CPQ, CRM add-ons) via APIs and middleware.
• Certification: Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II and/or Platform App Builder strongly preferred.
• Experience in complex, multi-system or multi-org landscapes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build declarative solutions and migrate to Flow; create validation rules and page layouts.
• Design and implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs; produce technical specs and diagrams.
• Own data model design, including custom objects, relationships, and sharing rules.
• Write Apex unit tests to meet coverage and ensure code quality.
• Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines across sandboxes and production (Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and governance limits in existing orgs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with admins, architects, QA, and BI teams.
• Support release management and data migration in multi-org or M&A-driven environments.
• Stay current on Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts.
