Grand Hyatt Barcelona is offering a paid full-time internship in the Sales Department. The Sales Trainee will support the team with client relationships, proposals, market research, and CRM maintenance.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and development in a dynamic hospitality environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in business, marketing, economics, international business, hospitality or tourism, with advanced English.

Formación

• Must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or educational institution.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Spain (EU internships allowed).
• Studying in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Hospitality or Tourism.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sales team in managing client relationships and opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead data.
• Collaborate with departments to support commercial initiatives and client projects.
• Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Assist with lead generation activities and follow-up on opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the team.

What We're Looking For

Full-Time Commitment

This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday.

Please note that housing and relocation support are not included.

Educational Collaboration

You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or educational institution.

Work Authorization

You must have legal authorization to work in Spain, or your university must be approved for internships within the EU.

Relevant Studies

You should be studying Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Language Skills

Advanced or fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian are considered a plus.
