Qualifications

• Comfort with technology and willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience.
• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiar with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
