Job summary

WorkNomads seeks a French- and German-speaking Sales Specialist to support a payments project. This remote role connects with global colleagues and clients, offering a flexible EU-wide setup.

You will close deals, guide customers through onboarding, and maintain strong client relations while representing the brand in a professional manner across time zones.

Qualifications

We are seeking an French- and German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and support an exciting project in the world of payments and trusted transactions. As part of our team, you'll be representing an international brand and engaging with customers. You will work in a remote capacity but have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and clients from around the globe.

Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leverage your natural sales skills to close deals, upsell solutions, and drive new contracts with prospective clients.
• Assist customers through the digital onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
• Be the voice of the brand, delivering a positive, professional image to clients.
• Oversee the administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate records.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in French, German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service in a call center environment is highly advantageous, but we're open to training the right candidate.
• You can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• You think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
• You are flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a readiness to help are key traits you bring to the table.
• Ability to work in predetermined shifts (9:00-17:30 CET)
• You are located with the EEA (due to security requirements)
• You have a stable, high-speed internet connection at all times
• You have a private, dedicated workspace (for security reasons)
• You are able to adhere strictly to assigned shift times, regardless of time zone differences
