GOELIA in Barcelona’s Gracia district is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to support daily store operations and drive profitability. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain in-store displays, assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, cash, and inventory reconciliation, and grow customer loyalty.

Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus, and flexible weekend/public holiday availability is preferred. Prior fashion retail experience is a plus.

Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge

Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through

Operation standards

• Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations
• Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation
