GOELIA in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to consistently meet individual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining in-store presentation. You will use product knowledge to enhance shopper understanding and foster loyalty.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and adaptability with flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Prior fashion retail experience is a plus for the team.

• Consistently meet individual sales target.
• Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge.
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.
• Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage.
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations.
• Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation.
