Santander is seeking a Sales and Service Banker in Hartford to build trusted relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions. You will process teller transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities, and educate customers on digital tools while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Formación

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
12+ months selling products/services in retail banking or related sales.
6+ months in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales with proven results.
6+ months Santander experience related to the role (if applicable).
Experience in cross-selling and building customer relationships.
Strong customer service skills and ability to drive loyalty.
