Santander is seeking a Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 in Stratford, CT to engage customers, assess needs, and offer tailored financial solutions. The role involves handling teller transactions, supporting growth initiatives, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in customer service and sales in banking, with 0–2 years supervisory exposure. A flexible schedule, weekend availability, and travel to nearby centers may be required.

Formación

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating.
• Working knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule including weekends.
• Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, utilizing available resources and tools.
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations to deepen relationships.
• Performs routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments and other transactions.
• Supports segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Seeks to achieve or exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service and operations.
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as bank policies; supports branch audits and evaluations.
• Assists with supervising banking center staff, providing coaching and onboarding to new bankers.
