Santander is seeking a Full Time Teller in Brooklyn, NY to support customers with banking needs and perform cash transactions. You will ensure accuracy, adhere to policies, and educate clients on digital self-service options while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months cash handling and customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, minimize risk, defend against fraud, refer product solutions, and elevate complex issues for timely resolution.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations.
