Are you ready to lead growth and make an impact on the future of education? Join us as a Sales Partner Leader for the DACH region and play a key role in expanding our presence both digitally and locally. You will shape our agent sales network, grow our customer base, and promote our in-person tutoring studios — all while working in an international, purpose-driven team that’s passionate about unlocking every student’s potential.

Your Role in Our Mission :

  • Own and grow our presence in the DACH region to support our mission of delivering personalized, impactful tutoring experiences.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of freelance sales agents to scale our digital sales efforts.
  • Lead sales coaching and performance initiatives to maximize conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Implement scalable sales strategies across both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Promote our physical tutoring studios by generating leads and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including customer growth and agent activity.

  • Promote our in-person tutoring studios by generating leads and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Generate leads and manage lead flow efficiently.

What will you bring :

  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience, ideally from fast-paced, high-growth, or education-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to manage freelance sales agents or distributed teams effectively.
  • Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of ownership and drive.
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, CRM tools, and remote teams.
  • A strong sense of accountability, with a passion for building and scaling sales operations.

Compensation :

Earn up to €38,000 as a base salary + Commissions based on targets achieved - and the best part? Your commissions are unlimited!
