Job summary

Papernest is seeking a Sales Operations intern for a 6-month program starting January 2027, based in Barcelona with hybrid work. You will automate processes, analyze sales data, and collaborate closely with multiple teams across France, Spain, and Italy.

You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, data tools, and Lean methodologies while developing leadership and project management skills in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a desire to learn, especially in data and technology.
• Master all technical tools (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github).
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python, Java, JSON) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tech Team to automate processes (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools like Make).
• Analyze sales data and deploy actions to reach operational targets.
• Improve data visualization using existing dashboards.
• Set up offers and prices in the back office and coordinate with training, product, operations.
• Resolve daily operational and technical incidents and support Lean-based improvement.
