Job summary

papernest is seeking a Sales Operations intern to support cross-functional teams across France, Spain and Italy. You will automate processes, analyze sales data, and help set up offers with back-office tooling like Jira and Salesforce Flow.

You’ll improve dashboards, communicate results to stakeholders, and contribute to Lean-driven continuous improvement. The role develops data, tech, and project management skills in a fast-growing European scale-up.

Qualifications

• Interest in data and technology across CRM, dashboards, and automation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing European scale-up.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (France, Spain, Italy).
• Basic understanding of data visualization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tech Team to develop process automation (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools).
• Analyze sales data and deploy action plans to hit targets; improve data visualization.
