Job summary

papernest Spain is offering a paid 6‑month internship starting January 2027 in Barcelona. You will help build new partnerships with real estate agencies, support sales rollout, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement partner routes via web, Zapier, or API.

You will gain hands-on experience in market research, business development, and alliance management while developing your Excel and SQL skills in a fast‑growing European scale‑up.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in business or engineering.
• Energetic, team player, curious, pragmatic attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical ability; proficient in Excel and eager to learn SQL.
• Experience in consulting and real estate environment; familiar with G-Suite / MS Office.
• Fluent in Spanish and excellent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new potential partners and verticals; lead market research and run PoCs to test viability.
• Support sales strategy by coordinating internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, CRM, Operations) for proper rollout and business reviews with leadership.
• Lead operational implementation of alliances: align technical and operational details across teams for route integrations (affiliate web routes, Zapier or API automation).
• Manage and develop existing partnerships with monitoring tools to drive insights and improvements for 2026 goals.
