Jobtailor in Spain is seeking a proactive professional to support Sales Consultants by developing action-oriented campaigns and overseeing their execution. You will handle CRM tasks, hold video calls and workshops with customers, and collaborate with Data, Marketing, and Sales teams.

You will manage relationships with software startups, consulting and technology firms to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes and respond to leads across channels.

Formación

• Ideally previous experience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B).
• Good understanding of B2B and account-based sales processes.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
• English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient and ambitious: “quick start” mentality with a high production output.
• Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sales Consultants with developing action-oriented sales campaigns for our clients and oversee their successful execution.
• Support with CRM system.
• Hold video calls and workshops with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Marketing, and Sales teams).
• Manage relationships with our customers (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) to make sure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
• Support internal lead generation and multichannel campaigns (E-Mail, Linkedin etc.) and communicate with our clients.
