Mondrian Ibiza / Hyde Ibiza is offering an internship in Ibiza to support marketing and events teams. You will help plan and execute campaigns, coordinate on-site and off-site events, and prepare materials for internal teams while keeping our channels up to date.

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media and promo materials.
• Helping events team coordinate on-site and off-site events with cross-department communication.
• Assisting in preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in client meetings to understand needs and record event details accurately.
• Keeping online channels up to date, reflecting the brand identity.
• Supporting creation of graphic materials and presentations (Canva or design eye a plus).
• Tracking results to learn what works and how to improve.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and promotional materials.
• Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date — always reflecting our best self.
• Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if you’re into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
• Tracking results to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve moving forward.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
