Atlas Copco Specialty Rental seeks a Business Intelligence Expert for Sales & Marketing to drive, improve and roll out BI reports in our Salesforce.com and SAP landscape. You will own the reporting roadmap and translate business needs into dashboards and analytics in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Data Experts.

You will ensure data quality, governance and adoption, train stakeholders, and coordinate improvements across source systems while leveraging AI to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with quote‑to‑cash processes and strong analytical and process skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Excel and dashboarding is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience within Atlas Copco (Rental) is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define, coordinate and maintain the reporting roadmap for Sales & Marketing BI and reporting landscape.
• Specify business requirements and acceptance criteria for dashboards and reporting capabilities; validate to meet quality standards and business needs.
• Prioritize reporting requests and manage the analytics backlog.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers, Key Users, Pricing and Sales Excellence to translate business needs into insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and trustworthiness across reporting solutions.
• Lead governance to ensure stability, adoption and continuous improvement of dashboards.
• Train divisional and regional stakeholders on reporting capabilities and self‑service analytics.
• Coordinate improvements in source systems to ensure accurate business information.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of analytical solutions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Align regional reporting with divisional BI to avoid duplication; leverage AI to enhance insights.
