This hybrid, permanent role leads the Data Operations and BI function, driving data governance, platform optimization, and insightful reporting across sales and marketing. You will oversee key platforms, translate business needs into data solutions, and coach a high-performing team in a dynamic environment with multiple systems and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven experience in a similar managerial role within data operations, BI, or commercial systems.
• Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and reporting environments.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Operations and BI function within the organization.
• Oversee management, optimization, and continuous improvement of key platforms including Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and multiple data sources.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and usability across systems.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Translate business needs into practical data and reporting solutions to support sales, marketing, and management.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to align systems with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data usage across the company.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team with a collaborative, service-driven mindset.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on systems and data evolution.
• Strengthen data visibility to support faster, better decisions.
