ECOPET Europa in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in plastic recycling to drive growth in Catalonia, Spain and export markets. The role involves proactively contacting potential clients, identifying new relationships, and negotiating terms with production coordination.

• Proven sales experience in plastic recycling, packaging, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business development.

• Proactively contact potential clients and partners.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships, including in export markets.
• Negotiate terms and close deals after coordination with the production director.
• Confirm and manage orders and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the management and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth in Catalonia and across Spain, as well as in Portugal and South America.
