Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is offering an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern role within a global technology recruitment setting. You’ll work with seasoned consultants and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and business development.

Your responsibilities include sourcing and approaching IT candidates via LinkedIn, screening candidates, building relationships, identifying clients, and supporting market research. High energy and a drive to hit targets are essential.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required.
• Experience in sales, BD or customer service is a plus.
• Ambitious and target-driven.
• Curious about technology and recruitment.

Your role

As an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development.

Your main tasks will include:

• Sourcing and approaching IT candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screening candidates and supporting interviews
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Identifying potential clients and generating new business leads
• Supporting consultants with business development and market research
• Developing your communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Working towards individual KPIs and targets

Who we're looking for

No previous recruitment experience is required, but some experience in sales, business development, customer service or another target-driven environment is a strong plus.
